peaceful sanctuary rooftop terrace low shower pressure secluded location

the staff welcomed me with such warmth and care the room was beautiful with authentic decor the inner courtyard seemed like a peaceful sanctuary breakfast each morning was served on the rooftop terrace with lovely views

the shower pressure was quite low it made washing my hair difficult also the riad is located in a somewhat secluded part of the medina there were few shops or restaurants nearby

a amazing experience!

rooftop terrace excellent facility early transport physical map

i found the rooftop terrace to be awesome for breakfast i enjoyed the excellent facilities available i appreciated the manager mustapha meeting me at the drop-off point to guide me to the location he exceeded every expectation i imagined he gave help with courtesy and enthusiasm. the staff walked me to meeting points even at 6am they arranged taxis to and from the airport i felt the room was perfect for my needs plus the riad is peaceful. breakfast tasted really good plus the food available as snacks was probably the best i tried during my trip mustapha provided awesome guidance direction and recommendations he gave me a physical map of the city.

the staff was helpful especially mustapha he provided guidance and recommendations i thought it was really helpful he even walked me to meeting points and arranged transport i really felt he was very attentive. he was really service minded too.

amazing stay!

great communication really good service

i was happy to discover great communication before i arrived, especially regarding taxis. mustapha and his team provided really good service right from the start. he and his colleagues were very willing and able to accommodate my needs, starting the minute i landed! it was a perfect distance to walk to taxis. i felt at ease at night.

The room and the city tax at the end seemed a bit too high. The lack of privacy was noticeable. i also spotted non-functional outlets. I also noticed a problem with plumbing. there was also noise.

The breakfasts featured fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and omelettes. i was able to have lunch on the top level. It had plenty of relaxing chairs. the variety made each morning good.

the staff walked me to my meeting points for day trips, even at 6 am. they helped me locate anything i needed. they also arranged my taxis to and from the airport! they could not do enough to help at any time.

The riad had a central pool where i could cool off after a long day. this area provided a relaxing and quiet escape. the location felt secure and well-lit, even when returning at night. This reassured me.
